Supplemental Bargaining Agreement

The leadership of the Del Rio Sector Border Patrol Union, AFGE-NBPC Local 2366, is in the early steps of producing a proposed Supplemental Bargaining Agreement with Del Rio Sector management in accordance with Article 35 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). We are soliciting input from the membership as to policies that they feel should be incorporated into this agreement. Some of the articles which Local 2366 is intending to propose to Del Rio Sector management are listed below. If you are aware of any programs, agreements, or policies that do not contradict law or the CBA which you would like to see implemented into the Supplemental Bargaining Agreement, please contact us at nbpc2366@yahoo.com. Thank you.

There is no reason why the agents have to suffer rotating every 4 weeks. You really should push for either longer rotatios or bid shifts. Do not let up. Almost every station outside of Texas has bid shifts, and for them it works tremendously well. The management in Texas are among the worst.

I believe that shift bidding would be great for agent moral and quality of life.
